• Refrain from directly engaging or bypassing Conexzo for any ongoing or future deals.

4. Payments and Financial Responsibility

• Conexzo is not responsible for any payment disputes or issues between brands and creators.
• All financial transactions and agreements are facilitated through Conexzo for transparency and compliance.
• Conexzo retains a percentage of the payment for facilitation services, which will be communicated beforehand.

5. Confidentiality and Communication Logs

• Conexzo retains chat logs and transaction records for security and dispute resolution purposes.
• Sensitive information shared between parties will remain confidential unless required by law or agreed upon by both parties.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Conexzo is not liable for disputes, payment issues, or other conflicts between brands and creators. Users agree to resolve disputes independently, with Conexzo providing mediation support if necessary.

7. Termination of Service

Conexzo reserves the right to suspend services to users violating these Terms, especially if they attempt to bypass the platform for direct dealings.

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes must first attempt resolution through negotiation facilitated by Conexzo.
